When Design Grows Naturally
Green Matter is a brand identity rooted in the logic of living systems — the way moss spreads, leaves layer, and light filters through canopy. The visual language avoids straight lines and perfect grids in favor of asymmetry, texture, and growth. Photography was treated as a core brand asset, shot to feel like field documentation rather than commercial imagery.
Craft and Execution
The photographic component involved four location shoots across different ecosystems — coastal wetland, dense forest, alpine meadow, and urban garden. Each environment contributed a distinct green to the palette, which was then extracted and formalised into a living colour system that shifts with seasonal campaigns. Print materials use uncoated stock and soy inks to carry the organic ethos into the physical touchpoints of the brand.
